Instructor John Osborne, president and CEO of the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance for over 15 years. He chaired the Texas Economic Development Council, Texas Travel Alliance and Ports to Plains, and serves on the Workforce Solutions South Plains board. A Dallas native, he holds degrees from West Texas A&M and multiple certifications.
